I was born on September 12th in Omaha, NB. My folks moved to San Diego in 1943. I grew up in San Diego and graduated from Helix High School. I married my husband, Jerry while he was in the Navy and we remained in San Diego. We had 2 children, Doug (who is deceased) and Wendie.

When I was younger I belonged to the Job's Daughters and I was active with the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls from 1978 to 1982. I was Mother Advisor for 3 1/2 years and received the Grand Cross of Colors.

I am currently working for RECON Environmental and have been with this company for 14 years.

I joined San Miguel Chapter in May, 1976 and have held the following Offices while there:

I affiliated with Estrella (but I do not remember when) and then consolidated with Estrella in 2001. I have held the following Offices while in Estrella Chapter:

Marshall...............................................2005 and 2007

Chaplain...............................................2004

I have served the Grand Chapter of California as:

Grand Representative to Tennessee......1996-1997

Deputy Grand Matron............................2000

I have been a member of The Order of the Eastern Star for 30 years.
